Services & Solutions
We see energy as both precious and powerful.
Our goal is to help you manage and control it in the most effective ways possible, so your organization runs at maximum speed and cost-efficiency.

Billing Analysis
Utility bills are essential to establishing the baseline for a facility’s Energy Use Index (E.U.I.). This is a relative measure of a facility’s energy density. The lower the energy density, the lower the cost of operation and better impact on the environment.
Using the billing, we are able to verify the rate schedule, meter number(s), and any errors and/or omissions. We can also break down a facility’s usage patterns from a number of aspects including:
- profiling
- seasonal usage
- pro-rating the production cost of electricity
- the facility’s Power Factor
- Power Factor Penalties
- load factor
- monthly consumption

Thermal Imaging
Thermal imaging involves taking infrared pictures of electrical panels. In many jurisdictions in North America, a thermal image survey of major electrical distribution and circuit breaker panels is required on an annual basis.
It offers a relative measure of the heat being generated during operation. The survey reduces the risk of arc-flash events, fires, injuries and equipment and property damage. You also have an opportunity to perform preventative maintenance prior to an unscheduled costly breakdown.

Energy Audits
Benefits of an energy audit include savings from utility rate change, correcting irregularities in monthly energy use patterns, knowing potential savings at target EUI, and improving inefficiencies in lighting, HVAC, and production and mechanical equipment.

High-efficiency Lighting
LED Lighting is the latest high-efficiency lighting technology on the market, and many clients are uncertain about the best applications for their facilities.
We’ll show you how.

Project Management
Whether it’s a turn-key energy efficiency project or a specific aspect of your facility’s efficiency upgrade, we have the capability to follow through every step of the process in completing a project in full or in part, as required.

Intelligent Motor Controls
We understand that you need to control performance, reduce downtime, improve safety, increase productivity, and perform diagnostics. That’s why we’ve combined leading-edge motor control and protection devices with the advanced networking and diagnostic capabilities.

Power Factor Correction
An electric circuit or systems’ Power Factor is the ratio of Productive Power (KW) to Total Apparent Power (KVA). It is a measure of the electrical efficiency in an alternating current circuit, and is represented as a percentage or a decimal. So how does a low power factor cost an end-user more money?
